A cocktail style reception allows you and your guests to enjoy a fabulous range of food. Our unique of stations are a great addition to any reception and really add something special to the atmosphere. In peak seasons, minimum spends apply and as a guide, $45 per head is the minimum spend required to provide a substantial meal for your guests. A range of cocktail platters are available including wood fired pizza platters, Blacksalt yum cha platters and Salt gourmet platters, all in a number of styles. Prices range from $45 to $145. For a detailed platter menu, please contact our functions manager.
Choose from four varieties including Thai beef salad and our famous crispy fried squid.
Enhance the atmosphere and have chef cook in front of your guests. For this option, there is a 100 guest minimum and prices will vary depending on the combination chosen.
Antipasto station – a traditional mix of antipasto, breads and continental meats
Salt Seafood Stand – a melange of fresh and hot seafood tailored to the season
Beach Grill Barbecue – grilled fresh in front of your guests
Paella Hacienda – choose from traditional Valenciana, chicken or vegetarian
