When choosing a cocktail style event remember there is a minimum of about $30 per head that you will need to spend otherwise your guests will get hungry. To compare to a set menu, $65 per head is a full meal, so often clients will want to spend at least this amount to make sure there is enough food for everyone.
Talk to our functions manager for the ideal setup, generally platters for the first 2 hours then a gap, followed by another run of platters and food boxes will satisfy everyone.
