Buffet Menu (lunch or dinner) $65pp

(30 guests minimum)

The standard set up is 4 hot dishes and 4 salads, more can be added and other dishes may become available.

Canapés on Arrival

  • Chef’s selection of bites to taste

Hot Buffet

  • Market fresh fish grilled served with a lemon myrtle ratatouille
  • Roasted beef tenderloin sliced & served with rosemary potato and a horseradish jus
  • Chicken breast rubbed with Thai spices served on a savoury rice pilaf with a red curry coconut sauce
  • Lasagne of egg plant, zucchini & capsicum with fetta, rocket & olive tapenade

Cold Buffet

  • Basket of homemade breads & butter
  • Chilled asparagus, fennel & walnut salad with an orange dressing
  • Chat potato salad with beans, crispy bacon, diced egg & spring onions finished with a seeded mustard mayonnaise
  • Tatsoi, bean shoot and fried tofu salad with an coriander, soy and sesame dressing
  • Simple salad of mixed lettuce leaf cherry tomatoes, Lebanese cucumber, Spanish onion, capsicum & olives

Additional Dishes $10 PP

  • Cumin & coriander rubbed lamb slowly roasted in our wood fired oven
  • Wood fired pasta bake, aged cheddar, prosciutto & peas
  • Platter of fresh fruit & cheeses
  • Assorted mini tarts & slices
