With our exquisite cuisine and stunning beach side location, Salt is the perfect venue for your special occasion. With eight unique function areas we are able to cater for cocktail parties of up to 1,000 or sit down dinners for up to 500 guests. The venue is split into two main areas, Salt Restaurant and the Blacksalt Beach Bar, which can be subdivided into several smaller areas as necessary.

At Salt we run over 300 functions per year so talk to us about the plan that will work best for you. We have  a number of templates available for the food, beverage and layout of your function based on what has been the most successful for our guests. Whilst we are flexible, please bear in mind that any substantial change from these templates will incur additional costs.

  • Your area will be available for decoration 2 hours before set-up
  • You may bring in any props/decoration you like providing it is removed before the next service period
  • Venue hire fees apply depending on the area, ranging from $250 to $1,100
  • Minimum spends apply for each area depending on the season
